Privacy Policy

NITELOAD plays music from folders you choose in the iOS or iPadOS Files picker. It has no NITELOAD account, advertising, analytics, or audio upload service. The developer does not receive your music, file names, listening history, or library data.

Files and data on your device

NITELOAD uses access granted through the system Files picker to scan and play the folders you add. It saves folder access bookmarks, file names and metadata, playlists, queue, playback preferences, and optional cached artwork or decoded Ogg audio in its app storage on your device. Removing a folder in NITELOAD removes its library entries; it does not delete the original files. Deleting the app removes its local app data, subject to your device backup settings.

iCloud and other file providers

If a selected file is stored in iCloud Drive or another Files provider, iOS may download it to your device so NITELOAD can play it or show its cover art. Your file provider handles that transfer under its own privacy terms. NITELOAD does not send those files to the developer.

Premium purchases

Optional NITELOAD Premium purchases and restores use Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Apple handles payment and purchase records. NITELOAD reads the verified purchase entitlement on your device to unlock features; the developer does not receive your payment details.

Changes

If the app's data practices change, this policy will be updated here with a new effective date.
