A channel will not play
Try another channel and check your connection. A broadcaster may be offline or unavailable in your region. The directory does not guarantee every stream will work.
Your favorites
Use favorites and personal lineups to keep the channels you enjoy together.
Reporting a stream problem
Include the channel name, your country, device model, and iOS version. Please do not send account credentials.
Still need a hand?
Email hello@polarsignal.se with your device model, operating system version, and a description of what happened. Please don’t send passwords or private files.
