Polar Timer / Support
A little help
with Polar Timer.
Information for the current pre-release app. Final requirements and availability will be confirmed before launch.
Setting a time
Drag around the dial to set up to 60 minutes. Letting go starts the timer; the reset button returns to the last time you set. With VoiceOver, swipe up or down on the dial to change the time by a minute.
Schedules
Open Schedules, tap a card to start it, or create your own by dragging focus and rest dials into the strip. A running schedule is ended with the ✕ button.
Notifications
Allow notifications so Polar Timer can signal the end of a timer or a schedule's next block when the app is in the background. They are Time Sensitive, so they come through Focus modes such as Do Not Disturb unless you turn that off for Polar Timer in Settings.
Apple Watch
Set the time with the Digital Crown or by dragging the dial. The watch and your iPhone keep the same timer. If you start a timer on the watch away from your iPhone, the watch rings by itself.
Polar Timer Pro
Tap a locked schedule or color to see Polar Timer Pro. Restore Purchases, on the same screen, brings it back on another device signed in to the same Apple Account.
